Your search stays under your control
This site lets you save non-sensitive search preferences and favorite areas in your browser. It does not send a lead form to any CRM. Contact information and the optional name in your brief are not saved in browser storage.
When you choose to contact Eric
“Open email” and “Open text” prepare a message in your own application. Review it and press send there. Your chosen email or messaging provider handles that communication, and Eric receives what you choose to send. A request for a reply is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Key, the rental guide
Key answers in your browser first, using approved information. If it cannot match a question, that question, your language, and your saved search preferences may go through this site’s server to OpenAI, an AI provider, only to choose the closest approved answer. Key’s replies always use approved text. A Cloudflare Turnstile security check runs first, and this site keeps short-lived security and usage counters, not the text of your questions. Key has no access to private records and does not contact properties, submit applications, or book tours. The chat resets when you leave or reload. Avoid Social Security numbers, payment information, identity documents, and medical details.
Browser preferences and hosting
The site stores selected areas and basic search preferences locally on your device. Use “Clear saved preferences” below to remove them. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and actions, such as opening the guide or tapping to call. It does not receive your messages, name, budget, or search details. Google handles this data under its own terms. Analytics does not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and you can turn it off here: . No advertising pixels are installed. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process connection information needed to deliver and secure it. External links operate under their own privacy policies.
